how can i download component to open vba project when using 2007?

I tried to open a solver and when the window appears, it says opening the VBA
project in this file requires a component that is not currently
installed.This file will be opened without the Vba project. How can i solve
this problem?Thanks

Re-run Office setup and make sure VBA is selected under Shared Features.
