How do you change the auto fill options from weekly dates to fortnightly dates

What do you mean by 'fortnightly dates'?

You can add 15 to the date you have and copy down to get dates spaced every
15 days...
Or Edit-Fill-Series and give Step as 15

example: 4/1/02 then 18/1/02 then 1/2/02 and so on

Enter 4/1/02 in A1
Select the range you want to fill down to
Edit-Fill-Series and give Step as 14
