Paste Special
 
I have copied a range that includes a number of hidden rows. When I paste it
the hidden rows also appear. How do I suppress the hidden rows when I paste?

While copying do the following;

Edit-Go To-Special-Visible Cells only
Edit-Copy

Then Edit-Paste Special...
