I need help dragging a formula down

I am using:

=IF(P53M53/0.85,P53,"=ceiling(P53,0.05)")

if I copy and paste down, ceiling(p53,0.05) doesn't change to p54, p55, p56
etc... what do i need to do to make this happen?
