Validation list font change

Hi All.

IS there a way to display a particular item as big in font with particular
color in 'Data Validation LIST'?

In other wards, I want to differnciate single item with other items in
datavalidation list.

Any help would be apreciated.

No, you can't format the items in a data validation dropdown list.
