Pivot Tables - standard Data Field function
 

Hello

Is there some way to set the standard function for data fields when creating
a pivot table? Normally it is Sum, unless the Pivot Table doesn't recognise
the numbers and suggests Count.

I would like average to be the standard - is this possible?

No, you can't set the default summary function for the pivot table data
fields.
