Cell References

eg: If iam using "Sheet1A1" as my reference in sheet2 & some other sheets in
other files, can I know which cells are using "Sheet1A1" as its reference by
clicking on cell "A1" in "Sheet1"

Cell References

Not simply by 'clicking' on it. However, if you select that cell and then
use the Trace Dependents option on the Tools-Formula Auditing menu, you'll
get a window that shows the cells that reference it.
