JUSTIFICATION
 

When I copy cells whose contents are RIGHT-justified and paste them
into a text-file, the contents are LEFT-justified.

What do I need to do so the pasted amounts are RIGHT-justified?

I don't think you can have justified text in a 'text file'... text files can
not have any formatting...

You can insert blanks in the cell to simulate the effect...
