Formula to count Highlited Cells.
 

Is there a formula to count highlited cells with text in them and give me a
total. Not blank Cells.. When i do conditional format for duplicates.. I
noticed it higlights the blanks also. How can i make it so it only counts
duplicates "text" not blank cells.

hi
excel has a built in function for this.
right click the status bar at the bottom. from the pop up, select count.
high light any area on the sheet. the count will appear on the status bar.
