row re-numbering
In Excel 2007, is there a way to renumber my row headings (i.e. I want row 2
to be named row 1). This is because on row 1, i have my column headings typed into this row. Or If I can't do that, can I make my row numbers stay constant so no-one can change them? |

Presumable, you are referring to the true row numbers to the left of the
spreadsheet. These cannot be changed (Unless someone has a crazy macro out there), so you won't have to worry about another user changing them. If you mean you've placed row numbers in column A, just start them at row 2... "bonszer" wrote: In Excel 2007, is there a way to renumber my row headings (i.e. I want row 2 to be named row 1).
