Pivot Table - Cell Value

I have a very large file and would like my pivot table to return the cell
value instead of counting or summing. Can this be done in a Pivot Table? If
not, Is there a macro that can accomplish this?

Here is how my data is set up:
Division Plant Name
350062 Berlin Brian Beger
350063 Philadelphia Justin Marshall
350060 Allentown Linda Fischer
350057 Lewes Christopher Martin
350059 Philadelphia Andrea Leway
350064 Philadelphia Daniel Montgomery
350055 Burlington Aston Mitchell

I would like Division to be the Row, Plant to be the column, and Name to be
the value. I am looking to get it to return the actual name held in the
field.

Pivot Table - Cell Value

Includes macro to convert to names.
Might be too slow.

Pivot Table - Cell Value

Hi,

If the previous answer works for you fine, but I tried it and I'm not sure
its clear what its supposed to do. I have an entirely different approach I
can send it to you or place it somewhere where you can download it. The
sample doesn't have any instructions you just need to run the macro Main.
