Data drop down on the menu bar missing

On the main menu bar the one with file edit view I am missing the data option
when loged in as a specific user. If I login as someone else it is there?
How do I restore this menu to the spcific user?

Hi,

Right-click any toolbar and choose Customize, select the Toolbars tab,
scroll down to the Worksheet Menu Bar, select but don't uncheck it and then
click Reset.
