Click on the menu item to activate the drop down, press Shift+Print Screen,
open Word, select Edit and then Paste.

The shift is redundant, but the printscreen will work if you are ok with
cropping the result. 3rd party screen capture allows for the area to be
captured.

Vista has the SnippingTool built-in, but there are a number of
third-party screen capture programs for XP.
