Error in Excel 2007
 

I get this message when opening Excel: Lookup.xlam is already open. reopening
will cause any changes you made to be discarded.Do you want to reopen
lookup.xlam? If I click yes I get this: Excel experienced a serious problem
with the c:\program files\microsoft office\office12\library\lookup.xlam
add-in. if you have seen this message multiple, times you should disable this
add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable
this add-in?.

You might have two entries for this Add-in.

Go to Office Button-Excel Options-Add-In and disable one if you have two...
