Hi, I have a lot of data from an electronic survey that needs coding into
numeric values and was wondering if there are any EXCEL formulas or macros or something that are able to do this? The closest thing I've found is a Logic function but i need more than the option of providing "true or false". For example, one of my scales had five points ranging from never - always. I need to be able to change never = 0, rarely = 1, sometimes = 2, mostly = 3, and always = 4. It will take me days to re-code it all manually I need - HELP! |
