Autofill issue
I am creating a spreadsheet with student phone numbers. Some
households have more than 1 student, so I want to Autofill the phone numbers. However, Excel adds one to each number as I drag down. For example, if John Smith's phone number is 555-0000, his brother Ted's number becomes 555-0001, and sister Susie is 555-0002. I tried turning the cells to text format, but it still has this problem. Any way of disabling this feature in specific columns? Holding CTRL everytime is pretty annoying. |
