In Excel, click on INSERT in the menu and select OBJECT. In the OBJECT
dialog box click the CREATE FROM FILE tab and click the BROWSE BUTTON. Locate your Word file and click the INSERT command button. If the user has access to the drive where the document is stored you can click the LINK TO FILE checkbox to maintain a link to the original so that any changes made to the document in the future will be reflected in the embedded copy. Click OK when done and size the window displaying the document to suit your tastes. Hope this helps. -- Kevin Backmann "poohbear30189" wrote: I need to know how to link a word document or insert a word document into excel and be able to email it so that the person I email it to can pull it up.
