how do you print out notes
 

I am trying to pint out the cell notes in excel. i have them all shown on the
screen but need them printed out. is there a way to print WYSIWYG or even as
foot notes?

Try,

File|Page setup|Sheets tab
From the Comments dropdown select what you need.

Assuming you are speaking of cell Comments.
