Knowing the creation date of an excel sheet email attachment

An excel sheet was sent as an email attachment to me. Is it possible to know
what date the excel sheet was originally created and if it was modified
before being sent to me.

Save the worksheet to your hard disk then RIGHT CLICK-Poperties will give
you the information.

After opening you can look under (Excel 2003) File-Properties for more
information.

thanks tried doing that already. The properties is showing date the file was
created by me. I would like to know when it was created by the sender.

I tested with Outlook 2003 and could see the original creation and
modification dates...

I opened the mail and followed the path File-Save Attachments

Can you forward the mail to me (so that I can test)?
