Protecting different cells in Excel with different passwords

Is it possible to lock different cells with different passwords in Excel? For
example I would like person A be able to unlock a cell type something then
lock it up again. Then Person B unlock another cell on the same worksheet,
type something then lock it up again. Is this possible?
