Excel 2007 Named Ranges

At one time, i had a bunch of Workbook level named ranges. I've been
working to convert this to Excel 2007 and I now have a Worksheet level named
range on each worksheet for the Workbook level named range that was once
there. Is this expected with Excel 2007?
