I posted a question about 30 minutes ago and i still do not see it on the
list of General questions. I am new to this community and perhaps I messed
up. Any help?

I think you will need to keep track of where you post your questions at...
the only other post I see by you is over on the...

microsoft.public.excel.worksheet.functions

newsgroup... and there are a couple of answers posted there as well.
