hyperlinking xy scatter plot data label to a cell
 

is it possible to create data labels for excel xy scatter plot points
that links to a cell? for example, clicking on the data label will
take you to a cell which contains some text on another sheet in the
workbook. Better yet, is it possible to be able to click on the data
label or data point and have a little text box that pops up with some
sort of text description?
