Counting days between 2 dates
 

Is there a formula for calculating the number of days between two dates e.g.
1/1/09 and 1/31/09 = 31 days

Counting days between 2 dates
 

A1 B1 C1
1/1/09 1/31/09 =B1-A1+1

Just subtract

=later-earlier

of course you need to add 1 to that formula to get 31
