Problem with IDEX + MATCH
 

Hello all,
I'm using the folling fomulas and all work will, however, if my list has
more the one of the same number, how do I move to the next number and pick up
the info?
E.g.
46
37
23
22
21<---- this is a good number
21<---- so is this but the customer info is deffrent
21<---- and is this too7
