Hyperlinks disabled I Need help
 

When ever i try to click on a hyperlink whether it be in excel or another
programme, I get a pop message that states "This operation has been cancelled
due to restrictions in effect on this computer. This is my own PC not a
network one, How can I get over this, Can anyone help
