copying text within a text box and losing formatting
In Excel 2007, I am trying to copy a line of text within a text box and then
paste it to a line lower in the text box. When I do this, it changes the font to the default font and will not paste it with the same font of the line of text I just copied. there is not an option for paste special. Does anyone know how to fix this? |

I recreated the problem and see what you mean. My solution would be to use
the smart tag that shows up after you paste to Keep Source Formatting. On the Excel options advanced tab, make sure that you have all three options selected under "Cut, copy, and paste" to make this work.
