Drop down menu list
 

Is there a way to add a drop down menu list to a specific cell in Excel 2007?
I thought i used one in 2003 but cannot find anything like it in 07.

If there is is there a way to then link the selected option form the list to
a sperate worksheet or even work book?

To get a dropdown list go to Data-Validation.
