Default Email excel spreadsheet - embedded in email

In Excel 2003, I could email the current page of the excel spreadsheet to a
customer, and they would not be able to modify the sheet. In 2007, I do not
see this option, I only see where I can email it as an attachement. I do not
want the customer to be able to modify, it is just information about their
order.

I've been having to copy and paste into Outlook to email it, but this is
taking too much time.

Thank you for any help you can provide me.

Thank you.

I went to that website, and it looks like I have to program Excel to do
this? I added the icon to the quick access, but it will not let me select
it. I don't want to program all the computers in the office and remote
office. It's starting to look like 2003 would be better for this feature.

Yes unfortunately it does require some programming, but can't you just
protect the worksheet before sending it?

(This could all be done programmatically using the information from
that website, if you want to spend some time learning how to use it.)

Ron,

I use Outlook 2003.

It still looks like I have to program the computers. I am not a programmer,
I am an accountant, I do not want to have to do any programming on all the
computers in the different offices. Everyone else will stick with Office
2003 and I'll just have to do a lot of copy and paste.

But thank you for you help. It looks like I have to take the bad with the
new improvements that I like in Office 2007.
