Sorting 2007 data
I have a list that I need to sort several times a day. In 2003 I would
create a multi-level sort and then the next time I sorted the sort fields would appear again in the sort window. Often the same sort is applied again, but sometimes I would have to change one of the fields. With 2007 each time I go to the multi-level sort window, it is cleared and I have to re-enter the values. Can anyone think of a solution that I could use to keep my sort criteria so it could be used again, or slightly modified? |

Perhaps something is replacing/wiping the Sort? The multi level sort is
usually saved with the file. Vicky wrote: I have a list that I need to sort several times a day. Your response prompted me to try somethng. The file I was using was an old
2003 file. When I did save as 2007, it worked fine. "Bob I" wrote: Perhaps something is replacing/wiping the Sort? The multi level sort is usually saved with the file.
