There is no formula that will move the cursor. What you can do is to use the
tab key to move to the right. When you get to the end of the columns hit
enter. That will take you to the first data entry column of the next row.

A formula won't affect behavior of the selection. You can define a name
which when branched to (F5) will do that. If you're in cell B3, define a
short name, like z, to be =$A4 (note the "$"). If you finish entering data
in cell J5, then if you F5 to z you'll be in A6.
