drop down menu for excel 2007
 

I am familiar with drop down menus for earlier excel versions, but cannot
figure out how to create drop down menus in excel 2007. Can anyone help?

Setting them up is the same it's how to get to them that's different.

For a data validation list:

Data tabData tools grouptop right icon

For a combo box:

Developer tabControls groupInsert

The Developer tab isn't part of the ribbon by default. If you don't see it
goto Office buttonExcel OptionsPopularTop options for working with
ExcelShow Developer tab in ribbonOK
