stop a cell from repeating its value continually across the page
i have an excell sheet that has data in cells
surprise surpise thats usually what you do with a spreadsheet yes. only problem is that the data repets itself to infinity for example ; value123value123value123value123value123value123va lue123value123 where i want value123 how do i stop this from happening? |

Is that all in one cell? Select the cell in question Take a look at this setting: Goto the menu FormatCellsAlignment tab Under Text alignmentHorizontal make sure it *doesn't* have Fill selected.
