How do you copy comments from 1 Excel workbook to another? I am having a
problem doing this. I would like to take information that includes comments
from 1 workbook and paste the information with the comments into another
workbook, I get the data from the cells but not the comments. How do I do
this???

Select your cell with the comment.
Edit|copy

Go to the other location in that other worksheet/workbook.
Edit|paste special|Check comments

From your later post, I see that you don't just want to copy the comments.

I don't recall ever seeing edit|copy, edit|paste not paste the comments.
