Language setting problem with spellcheck
In Microsoft Excel I was making a multi language sheet, and I was tired of
the english spell check wanting to change my spanish words. So I ran spellcheck and saw a spanish language pack setting. As the option was listed, I thought that I had a language pack installed. As it turned out, I did not. I bought this Windows XP computer with the programs pre installed. When I tried to start up the spanish spellcheck, it would not run, saying the feature was not installed, and asked me for the disk containing the language pack. I cannot find any such disk. I am unable to change the setings via starting the spellcheck. I do not really want to uninstall excell. I tried system restore, but that had no effect. Is there another way to restore defaults for excell? I am a home user who does not use it for complex things. |
