Excel doesn't start
 

I was using Office 2003, but this past week, I upgraded to Office 2007. All
apps worked fine for the first few days, now Excel does not start at all. I
ran the dignostic utility, then Excel worked normally, until I had to shut
down. This is a laptop. Now Excel will not start once again. Also, the
diagnostic utility now finds no problems.
