How do I transfer data in a cell from worksheet 2 back to worksheet 1?

On sheet 1 you could enter a formula like:
=Sheet2!A5
that assumes that worksheet 2's name is Sheet2 and that the cell you want to
get the data from is at A5.

Another way to do it is to let Excel do the work for you:
select worksheet 1 and click in the cell where you want the value from
worksheet 2 to show up and type an = in the cell, then choose the other sheet
and click in the cell that you want to transfer data from and simply press
the [Enter] key.
