Excel 2000 Validation with colors
Hiya,
A question I'm busy with a form. In the form, a date list, I want to make notes on different dates for example F for Full and E for Empty. Now when I go to a specific date I want to enter a letter for example F and I want to that the color of the cell then changes color,from blank to Red (pattern style) but I want this to happen automaticly (the highlight part) Now I can activate this with Conditinal Formating (Max 3) but I was wondering is there an different way which doesn' ask to much brains :O) Cheers, Mr.WJCA |

You could use an event macro, but conditional formatting hurts the brain a lot
