macros

I have created a template, then some documents from the template.
In the template I created 2 macros. It took several attempts to get the
template right, and along the way I changed the name, but have since changed
it back to the original name, deleting all my trial efforts at templates. My
problem is that the macros I created will not work - either in the template,
or documents created from it. I keep getting the message "...Template...."
could not be found. Check the spelling of the file name, and verify that the
file location is correct. If you are trying to open the file from your list
of most recently used files on the File menu, make sure that the file has not
been renamed, moved, or deleted."

Your template macro might be referencing itself explicitly by name, and each
time you use the template Excel renames the new file to templatename1.xls.

I would suggest that you post your code since it could be just about anything.
