I am trying to vlookup 2 sheets but because some of the cell have extra space
hence formula isnt working. I tried to eliminate the space by data text delimited check space, but the cell is types as eg USA Mobile, USA Landline etc, and the above text function will also separate the USA and and mobile & landline..... Any advise? Thanks |

Well, this seems like a completely different post, but it isn't any
clearer to me. Please list examples of what you have (and the cell/ column references), together with what you want to do with it. Pete, Thanks for the reply. I managed to resolve the problem by using 'trim'
function on the source sheet. "Pete_UK" wrote: Well, this seems like a completely different post, but it isn't any clearer to me.
