locking the cells
 

How can i lock the cells with formulas so that no one can edit that cell
either by writing in that cell or by any other means. Some people write in
the cells with formulas and after that formulas disappear and only their text
remains.Please help a.s.ap.

Format/ Cells/ Protection/ unselect Locked, for those cells that you still
wish to be able to write into.
Then Tools/ Protection/ Protect worksheet
