Pictures on Buttons missing

Hello all,

I've created a Excel file in Excel 2003 with a lots of macros inside and
buttons to activate the macros.
The buttons contain pictures but if I save the woorkbook, and reopen it the
pictures on the buttons were removed randomly.

What's the problem?
