I am trying to use the first row of the document to repeat for each page.
However, I have gone into File, page setup and then clicked on row and column
for printing and then print and I only get the headings of the columns on the
first page printed.

How do I get the column headings to show on each page

Lynne,
If I'm understanding you correctly, you should go to Page Layout, Page
Setup, click on the Sheet tab, put cursor in "repeat rows at top" then select
the top rows you would like repeated. click ok.

One worksheet...........rows to repeat at top.

Cannot be done across multiple worksheets if that's what you're trying to
do.
