Excel Keyboard Use for Drop Downs

My employer has added drop-downs for a daily spreadsheet. I hate having to
take my fingers off the keyboard when completing it. Is there a way to
access a drop down menu on an Excel spreadsheet without using the mouse to
click on the cell?
