Excel 2007 cannot close

I am having a problem shutting down Excel 2007. I have run office
diagnostics, but it cannot solve the problem.

I am not doing anything special, just running normal workbooks, but when I
try to close Excel, it just hangs and then starts another worksheet.

Any suggestions?
