Sorting by numerical value so that subjects follow
 

Hi

I would like to sort a list of company's by their profit margins. Column A
contains the company name and B, the profit margin. When I sort the profit
margins, the company titles do not rearrange with the sorted column B.

When you sort you need to select all the data (in your case, Column A &
Column B) then sort by column B
