Comments not editable
 

Excel 2003. I have lots of comments on multiple sheets. Something has made
all visible comments on one sheet unable to be edited. The comments that
were in hidden rows are fine. My sheet is not protected. When I copy a cell
with a comment to another sheet where comments are editable, it still is not
editable. It is as if all visible comments at a point in time were affected.
I can add new comments that are editable.
