Is it possible to create a writable Excel table within another Excel

One way you can achieve this is to use two columns for the table which
requires wider columns, and to merge adjacent cells, but this is not recommended as merged cells cause all sorts of problems. Can you not have your second table positioned to the right of the first table so it uses different columns? Alternatively, if this is for a printed document, you could think about using Word, and linking the tables seperately to the Word document. Hope this helps. You could merge cells together to give it that look, but merged cells will cause
heartache later on. If I were you, I'd put different tables on different sheets. It'll make updating lots easier.
