changing formulas to their result values

I'm working with a large multi-tab file that I have full of functions to
auto-fill and auto-calculate database values, to save me time on having to
fill all that stuff out by hand. But the recipients of that file get all
sorts of sorting glitches when they try to upload that file into their
database(it uploads the formula instead of the values)

Is there a way to convert all formulas in a file into their result values so
that when I send the file to the uploaders there are no formulas in their
copy? Hiding the formulas doesn't work--the sent file has to be void of
formulas altogether.

changing formulas to their result values

hi
do a file save as first so that the save as file will be the file you send.
before you send, copy the sheet and paste special - values.
this will convert all formula to values.
