how can we set page margins for the entire workbook?
using excel 2003. I have multiple sheets. I want to set the page margins - is
there a way that I can set the page margins for the entire workbook, so that while printing I don't have to set the margin for each sheet individually? thanks1 |

Lots of print settings can be set if you group the worksheets first.
Select the first worksheet tab. Then ctrl-click on subsequent worksheet tabs. Then do your page setup stuff. This may change more than you want, so test the results. And after you're done, ungroup the worksheets. Rightclick on one of the selected worksheet tabs and select "ungroup sheets". Otherwise, you could be making changes to each of the grouped worksheets for things you don't want! employer wrote: using excel 2003. I have multiple sheets.
